What is a primary care provider?Primary care provider (PCPs) direct and coordinate various aspects of your health. They addressyour physical and emotional well-being. They listen to your concerns and address your questions regarding your health. They assess your symptoms and recommend or prescribe treatments thatwill help you maintain your health. They also refer you to the appropriate specialist when needed. Even if you are healthy, having a PCP can help detect early onset of conditions before they become major (chronic) problems.

My loved one lives in a nursing home or an Assisted Living Facility, can Dr. Louis see them there?Yes! Dr. Louis is credentialed at several skilled nursing facilities in the Treasure Coast. He also sees patients in assisted living facilities and brings the primary care services to them. This program is designed for patients who are home-bound.

Do you accept insurance?We are in network with Medicare and XXXXX. We accept commercial insurance payer plans to include PPO and HMO plans. Please call us at (772) 465 9901to find out if Dr. Louis is in network with your plan.

What types of patients does Dr. Leriche Louis, DNP, APRN treat?Dr. Louis is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. His special interests include health promotion and disease prevention. He also focuses on diabetes management.

Is Telehealth an option?Yes! Telehealth uses videoconferencing that allows the provider to see the patient and the patient sees the provider using a secure platform. Our telehealth program renders medical consultations with family, facility staff and specialty providers when necessary. Medical services are provided via telehealth and if a face-to-face visit is needed, this can also be arranged.
