Yes! Dr. Louis is credentialed at several skilled nursing facilities in the Treasure Coast. He also sees patients in assisted living facilities and brings the primary care services to them. This program is designed for patients who are home-bound.

Yes! Telehealth uses videoconferencing that allows the provider to see the patient and the patient sees the provider using a secure platform. Our telehealth program renders medical consultations with family, facility staff and specialty providers when necessary. Medical services are provided via telehealth and if a face-to-face visit is needed, this can also be arranged.
